About

Mini-Grants for the development and implementation of new and innovative techniques, materials, or programs, are available to special educators across Michigan through MAASE members. Funding is awarded on a competitive basis. Committee members are involved in determining the grant amounts, reading and ranking applications and disbursing funds. One of the recipients of the mini-grants is selected to receive the President’s Award. This project then receives additional funding and presents at the MAASE Cracker-Barrel each June.
