MyMichigan Medical Center - Sault
Since 2018, this program, operated by the Eastern Upper Peninsula Intermediate School District and led by Instructor Jessie Piippo, has been Northern Michigan’s first and only Project SEARCH site. Interns gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of hospital departments, including Security, Environmental Services, Medical Records, IT, Facilities Operations, Radiology, Laboratory, Long-Term Care, and Central Supply Chain. Looking ahead, the site is committed to achieving 100% employment for its graduates.
