Developing Collaborative & Productive Groups

The Adaptive Schools framework focuses on the school as an ecosystem, teaching participants the specific skills required to move teams from standard, ritualized meetings to deep, collective inquiry and shared goal-setting.

Whether navigating central office structures or local school buildings, leaders learn practical facilitation strategies, structures for dialogue and discussion, and the values required to build trust, bridge isolation, and solve systemic complex issues efficiently.

Core Curricular Pillars

The Seven Norms
Developing the collaborative behaviors that maximize group intelligence.
Facilitation Tools
Learning practical structures to balance dialogue and group decision-making.
Conflict & System Navigating
Transforming professional tension into creative problem-solving while keeping site teams aligned with local and state special education goals.

Program Registration

Because this program relies closely on group practice, districts are highly encouraged to enroll in building or leadership teams.
