What is a CoP? These are groups of people who share a common interest, profession, or expertise and actively engage in sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices within that domain.
Administrative & Systemic Networks
ISD Collaborative CoP: Focused on intermediate school district administrators managing regional compliance, multi-tiered systems of support, state metrics reporting, and inter-district cooperation.
LEA Administrators CoP: Dedicated to local education agency special education directors and supervisors navigating community district operations, resource room scheduling, and local budget balancing.
New Implementers & Administrators Academy: Designed specifically to onboard, guide, and accelerate the professional practice of leaders entering their first three years of special education compliance oversight.
SEI / Adjudicated Youth Admin CoP: Serving those who direct special education programs inside strict institutional settings or specialized emotional impairment center-based programs.
Specialized & Instructional Domains
D/HH Program CoP: Connecting supervisors and teachers of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to share programmatic standards, assistive technology inputs, and specialized service blueprints.
Early Childhood Admin CoP: Concentrating on early intervention frameworks, Early On programming dependencies, and preschool special education systemic transitions.
Secondary Transition Admin CoP: Standardizing the pathways that guide youth toward post-secondary education, adult independent living milestones, and career placement options.
Low Incidence Programs (SLIP): Sharing continuous development frameworks for severe physical, cognitive, or medical impairment center-based environments.
Mentor-Coach CoP: Collaborating on evaluation models, instructional scaffolding, and development resources to maximize professional growth indicators across internal training systems.
