Tuesday Presentation:
Design a Life You Love: Win at Work and Succeed at Life
Presenter: Cheryl-Marie Manson and Abby Cypher
Description: Join us for an energizing session designed for educational leaders who are ready to escape the hustle trap and build a more balanced, focused, and sustainable leadership approach.
This year, we strongly encourage leaders to attend with their operation support person or administrative assistant — the person who manages your calendar, protects your time, and keeps your daily routines moving. When leaders and their operational partners learn a shared framework together, implementation becomes not only possible, but powerful.
This training introduces the Full Focus System — a practical, proven framework that helps leaders flourish across nine life domains by shifting from doing more to doing what matters most.
Through tools like the Freedom Compass and Full Focus Planner, you’ll:
-
Identify high-leverage priorities
-
Clarify what to automate, eliminate, or delegate
-
Establish sustainable routines that protect your time and energy
-
Build a shared language for calendar management and strategic focus
Leaders will walk away with a clear Double Win mindset, while administrative assistants gain tools to proactively support priority alignment, protect focus time, and streamline execution.
When you attend together (or solo), you leave with:
-
A shared system
-
Clear delegation agreements
-
Aligned weekly planning rhythms
-
A personalized implementation plan
Stop surviving your calendar — and start designing it.
Wednesday Presentation: (Included with All Access Tickets)
Take your professional learning experience to the next level with the All Access ticket. When you purchase the All Access ticket you gain access to Developing Leaders sessions and the General Membership Meeting.
Developing Leaders is THE place to solve current problems of practice with other MAASE members. Topics for this informal "Ed Camp" opportunity are brainstormed the day prior. Notes are taken to capture the information and resources shared by fellow MAASE members on the hot topic of the day. Participants will have the opportunity to select two topics that are the most relevant to their current work, one from 8:30-9:15 am and one from 9:30-10:15 am.
General Membership Meeting immediately follows the Developing Leaders session where you will hear state level updates as well as updates from our lobbyist. You will also hear updates from the President on the Board meetings, current MAASE work and have the opportunity to give input on the direction of the organization.
