Event Details
The MAASE Leadership Learning Lab is a professional development offering designed to help special education administrators transition from traditional problem-solving to empowering their teams. Centered on the book Unleashed, the curriculum spans six monthly sessions focused on essential themes like trust, belonging, strategy, and culture. Participants engage in leadership experiments and reflective journaling to actively apply new strategies within their organizations. The program concludes with a Leadership Impact Project, where attendees showcase sustainable systems they have implemented to foster distributed leadership. By replacing direct advice with inquiry-based conversations, the lab aims to reduce staff dependency and build healthier organizational cultures.
