MAASE Leadership Coaching Preparation

This training day will explore the core competencies, mindsets, and structures of effective leadership coaching. Participants will deepen their understanding of the distinctions between mentoring and coaching, engage in structured coaching conversations, and practice using tools such as coaching maps, strategic questioning, and reflective listening. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped with practical strategies to build leadership capacity, foster reflective practice, and support the growth of colleagues through purposeful coaching conversations.
