The MAASE Administrator Coaching program provides special education administrators with individualized, year-long support from experienced leaders who understand the demands of the role.
Through structured coaching conversations and relationship-based coaching, this professional learning opportunity strengthens leadership skills, reduces professional isolation, and promotes retention across Michigan.
MAASE coaches are trained through MAASE-developed professional learning aligned with evidence-based coaching practices. This initiative supports implementation of Section 27h funding and meets the unique needs of administrators who may not have access to a local support network.

Rolling enrollment with annual contracts that can begin anytime throughout the year.

Funding Support
Districts may be reimbursed up to $3,000 per administrator annually under Section 27h Mentoring and Induction Grants.
