New Administrator Academy
Bringing together a cohort of emerging special education administrators and experienced mentors for ongoing professional learning, leadership development, and collaborative support.
Program Overview
The MAASE New Administrator Academy enhances leadership capacity and supports administrator retention through structured mentorship and collaborative learning.
Qualifications & Commitment
Candidates must be active MAASE members within their first 3 years serving in a special education administrative role.
District Supervisor commitment is required for:
- MAASE event registration fees
- Travel and hotel accommodations
- Release time & attendance at required monthly events
Note: Acceptance is not guaranteed. Participants must also attend the MAASE Summer Institute either before or after their program year.
