The Promise of IDEA

For 50 years, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act has represented a significant promise. It is the promise that every child with a disability deserves access to a free appropriate public education. It is the promise that families deserve partnership, that educators deserve support, and that every learner deserves to be included, valued, and empowered.
