Targeted planning sessions for districts launching new Project SEARCH programs. These meetings guide teams through partnership development, timeline planning, and employment-focused design to ensure a strong, successful first year. 

Meeting 1: Team Formation and Partner Commitment

This is where it all begins! Bring education, VR, and possibly your community rehab provider and turn a shared idea into a shared commitment. The meeting opens with each partner sharing why they're joining and what success looks like to them. Then the group stands up its Steering Committee and kicks off licensing and required training. One hour, and suddenly "someday" becomes a real timeline.
