Enhancement Pack A - For Students with Complex Physical, Cognitive and Communication Needs

$100 per set.  Includes 1 set of Activity Cards as well as Facilitator Guide for each of the activities. (Each set accommodates up to 5 paraeducators in a group.  If trainers are training 30 paraeducators, they would need to order 6 of these).

The Enhancement Pack A activity cards are designed to complement the MAASE Paraeducator Bootcamp Training specifically to support diverse learners who have complex physical, cognitive, communication, and behavioral needs.

These students:

• May be neurodiverse or have intellectual, developmental, or multiple disabilities.

• Come from varied cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds that shape their unique learning experiences.

• May use alternative communication methods such as sign language, picture based communication systems, or speech-generating devices.

• May require adaptive tools and sensory supports to fully engage in learning.

• Bring strengths, interests, and lived experiences that contribute to a rich, inclusive learning environment.

The activity cards provide equitable access to meaningful learning for paraeducators by using differentiated instruction, visual supports, and structured engagement strategies that respect and affirm the diverse abilities and identities of all students.
