Enhancement Pack D - For Students in Early Childhood Programs

$100 per set.  Includes 1 set of Activity Cards as well as Facilitator Guide for each of the activities. (Each set accommodates up to 5 paraeducators in a group.  If trainers are training 30 paraeducators, they would need to order 6 of these).

The Enhancement Pack D activity cards are designed to complement the MAASE Paraeducator Bootcamp Training by providing practical strategies for paraeducators working with preschool-aged students in Great Start Readiness Programs (GSRP), Head Start, Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE), Community Based Organizations (CBO) and other inclusive or special education early childhood programs.

These students:

• May be neurodiverse or have intellectual, developmental, or multiple disabilities.

• Are at a critical developmental stage, where early intervention significantly impacts long-term learning and social-emotional growth.

• Come from varied cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, shaping their unique learning experiences.

• May use alternative communication methods such as sign language, picture-based communication systems, or speech-generating devices.

• May require adaptive tools, visual supports, and sensory strategies to fully engage in learning.

• Benefit from structured routines, sensory-based learning, and play-based instruction to develop foundational skills in communication, social interaction, and self-regulation.

• Bring curiosity, creativity, and unique strengths that contribute to a rich, inclusive learning environment.

The activity cards provide equitable access to meaningful learning experiences for paraeducators by using developmentally appropriate strategies, structured engagement techniques, and visual supports that affirm the diverse abilities and identities of all students.
